Can I apply to become an admin on the Inupiaq Wikipedia?

On the Inupiaq Wiki, I've made many of the last contributions, mostly anonymous, but some with my account, as you can see on the recent edits. When I first visited there accidentally, there were only 10 articles. With my help both anonymous and with my account, that number has gone up to 18. I've improved the quality of a few, and have made some articles. While on the Akutuq page, I noticed that you commented saying that anybody that makes productive edits is welcome. It is great to see that people are gradually discovering the Inupiak Wikipedia. We have been open three years, and only recently have we had contributors. Before I consider you as an administrator, I'll ask a few things...

How did you learn to speak Inupiak? Have you lived in Alaska, or simply learned the language from websites?
